High Desert Corridor Celebrates Milestone

On July 9, the High Desert Corridor JPA signed two labor agreements for a 54-mile high-speed line between Victor Valley and Palmdale. This critical link would connect Brightline West and California High Speed Rail, making each more valuable and making the critical Tehachapi Pass crossing easier to finance.
