Matthew Roling
Board Treasurer
Matthew Roling is a clinical assistant professor at the Kellogg School of Management and the founding executive director of the Abrams Climate Academy, a year-long experiential learning program equipping graduate students to lead climate action. He joined the High Speed Rail Alliance Board as treasurer in 2026.
Previously, he worked at KPMG LLP helping corporate and government clients measure greenhouse gas emissions, develop decarbonization strategies, and identify funding sources. He holds a master’s degree from the Harvard Kennedy School and both master’s and bachelor’s degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
