California is leading the country on high-speed rail and their efforts will have a big impact on the future of passenger rail and transit nationwide. Unfortunately the project is at risk of being denied voter-approved funding this Spring by the California Assembly.
If this happens it could mean the end of high-speed rail in California. And it would be a huge set back for the rest of the country.
