Hero Page Block

This page block type is intended to be positioned at the very top of your page, and offers a few very basic variations to choose from.

H1 – Hero w/ Video

Paragraph text with “intro” class applied to it. This pageblock is ideal for the homepage. For optimum pageload speeds, upload your video to your Vimeo Pro account, then paste the URL into the appropriate field in the “section” of this pageblock.

CTA Button

H1 – Hero w/ Side Image

This is ideal for interior pages that contain a little more content and storytelling. On the right, you can upload any image type.

H1 – Hero w/ Background Image

This is a simple hero option that provides the ability to customize the image used in the background, as well as all the text here in the foreground. Ideally, the image in the bg is 1800px wide by 1200px tall, and has a fairly deep depth-of-field.

This hero variation is ideal for situations where you need to cross-promote some other piece of content. It’s best to keep this content as concise as possible.

For SEO purposes, it’s best to simply bold the paragraph text above to serve as a “header”. Additionally, the content in here should be pretty short and sweet.
